The Script
The call
Read it as written. Gold is what you say. Log every call on the dashboard, even the misses.
Someone else answers
No name on the list? Say: "Could I speak with the owner?"
The owner
They say yes
On the dashboard: RSVP yes, how many are coming, and the names. Then open the RSVPs tab and tap Register on their row: it opens our event page and gives you their name, email and phone to copy in. Tap On page when it's submitted. Then send the "They said yes" text.
They say maybe
Log it as Interested. Interested means penciled in. If they give an email, put it on their row and Henry's office sends the details. If it's a cell, send the "Pencil them in" text. Set the callback to Oct 14 unless they give you a day.
When they say…
Type a word to find it fast. Tap a line to open the answer.
Voicemail
About 25 seconds. Slow down on the number and say it twice.
Log it as Voicemail · Left. Then send the text below.
Texts
Type their first name once. Every text below fills it in. Tap Copy, then paste into Global Relay. Cell numbers only.
The rules
- It's an invitation. Nothing else. No products, rates, fees, returns or advice.
- Money question? "That's a question for Henry. May I take your number and have him call you?"
- "Take me off your list" or "STOP" means stop. Mark Do not contact. No text.
- Log every call, voicemail and text on the dashboard as you go. It saves by itself.
- Work the list in order. The gold outline on the dashboard is the next one.
- Shelly and Jeremy Cook at Reitano: Henry calls them. Skip them.
- 40 seats. Once the dashboard says full, new yeses go on the waitlist. Tell them: "We're full right now, but I'll put you first on the waitlist and call you if a spot opens."
